At Bone Appetit Raw, we do everything we can to ensure you’re satisfied with our pet food. Typically, we don’t ask for the return of the product due to the perishable nature of the food. However, if you’re not satisfied for any reason, kindly email us as soon as possible and ask for a refund. In order to get your refund, all you need to do is state your reason. Usually, your refund will be accepted within a week, and we would not ask for the return of the product if your order is priced at $100 or below. In this case, you would receive a refund the same day you request it. However, for products priced over $100, we would wait till we receive the product before processing your refund request.
If you think that the food didn’t arrive at a safe temperature, we will request you to send us photos of the product within 6 hours of receiving the shipment. The time of delivery is to be determined by what is shown on the website of the shipper. Based on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, replace part or all of the food at our expense.
